It is our goal to provide you
with an outfit that is truly
your own, individual winning
look. Your outfit will be made
to your measurements, in your
color, leather, fabric and stone
choices. It will be as
individual as you are, and we
are committed to providing an
outfit that you are thrilled to
wear in the ring.
The following policies and
procedures have been put in
place to protect and help our
customers.
Ordering Information.
When an order is placed, we
require one-half of the total
as a deposit. This deposit is
non-refundable. The remainder of
the balance, plus shipping, is
due in full upon shipment.
Your personal designs are
welcomed. Remember they
are your designs and we will
deliver to the best of our
ability, but the finished
product is your creation and
expense.
Payment:
We accept all major credit
cards through the shop,
money orders, and paypal. If a
credit card is used it will be
used for final payment unless
Jacque's Apparel is notified
prior to shipment.
Expedited Orders:
An additional $75.00
will be charged for expediting
an order. Please place your
orders as early as possible to
allow for any alterations that
might be needed.
Alterations:
Reasonable Alterations are
provided at no additional cost,
however, the customer is
required to notify Jacque's
Apparel within two weeks of
receipt of the garment. After
the two week period reasonable
charges and shipping costs will
incur.
Returns:
Once a garment is
completed, no returns will be
accepted. Jacque's Apparel
understands some extenuating
circumstances may occur and
these can and will be discussed
on an individual basis,
providing that the customer
informs Jacque's Apparel within
five (5) days of receiving the
garment. After the five (5) day
time frame Jacque's Apparel
considers the customer satisfied
and the order closed. If a
customer is dissatisfied, has
duly notified Jacque's Apparel
within the five (5) day time
frame, and does not wish
alterations, the garment in
question shall be returned to
Jacque's Apparel in new
condition. The garment will be
sold on a consignment basis for
full price, then the customers
account will be credited.
Custom Designs Returns:
A customer is free to design
their own apparel.
Customers wishing to create
their own design must do so on
graph paper indicating where
each component of the design
will go, on each of the
item(s) being made.
In this case after the design is
submitted to Jacque and is
made into the interpretation of
the design, these
outfits are NON-REFUNDABLE
. We do not copy designs
created by other companies.
Shipping:
We use a ground carried for
all standard shipping and
alterations. If an order is
required earlier the customer
will be charged the full
shipping fee.
Consignment:
Jacque's Apparel offers the
"Second Look" page for customers
to resale our custom designs. We
charge 30% of the resale price,
which is determined with the
customer. All garments must be
of Jacque's Apparel design,
clean, and in good condition.
If, it is not brought to Jacque
in clean good condition there
will be an extra cleaning and
repair fee charged for each
garment. Jacque's Apparel
reserves the right to refuse any
garment. When an item sells, the
customer will be notified and
credit, less the 30% fee will be
made. If a garment does not sell
within a reasonable time it will
be returned with shipping
charged to the customer.
